Cortolla
We are proud to add this new property to our portfolio for the 2007 season. Cortolla is a brand new agriturismo, part of a working farm on the outskirts of the medieval walled town of Pietralunga.
Pietralunga is a beautiful small town with magnificent views from the piazza, and it has many amenities, including two supermarkets, a pharmacy, several bars and restaurants, and a well-equipped tourist complex with a swimming pool, tennis courts, five-a-side football pitches, a bar and a restaurant.
Cortolla consists of a self-contained cottage, a three-bedroom apartment with disabled access and a two-bedroom apartment on one floor of the farmhouse, providing accommodation for up to 14 people.
The self-contained cottage has a bathroom, a kitchen area and a bed sitting room with a double bed.
The three-bedroom apartment on the ground floor has access from both ends. At one end there is wheelchair access, a disabled bathroom, a double bedroom and a kitchenette. At the other end there is a double and a twin bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchenette. Both meet in a spacious living room with a sofa bed, so potentially the apartment can sleep up to eight people.
The two-bedroom apartment is on one floor of the contemporary farmhouse, with double and twin bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room/kitchen.
There is a swimming pool with a separate shallow pool for children.
The owner is a renowned horseman and is happy to provide riding facilities for his visitors, including an indoor ménage for training.
There is a large barbecue and private garden for guests. The owner also owns the local fishing lake, which is well stocked with trout, carp and tench.
This is an ideal holiday venue for families, with the facilities for an exciting adventure holiday.
